Paya Lebar Methodist Girls’ School (Secondary) is a school with a family culture, anchored on Christian beliefs and values. Application Procedures

Application for DSA-Sec can be submitted through the online DSA-Sec Portal. The application is free-of-charge and will be open from 07 May 2024, 11am to 3 Jun 2024, 3pm. For more details, please refer to MOE website – https://www.moe.gov.sg/secondary/dsa.

Parents and students are encouraged to choose schools wisely based on the student’s aptitudes and strengths, bearing in mind the schools’ academic and non-academic requirements, and the programmes available to develop the area of talent.

Shortlisted students who pass the trial / audition will be invited for an interview. Attending the interview does not guarantee the student will be given an offer. Only students who cleared the interview will be given an offer. Meeting all the criteria does not guarantee the student will be shortlisted or given an offer.

Students who are successfully admitted to the school via DSA are expected to honour their commitment to the school and participate in the activities related to the talent they are selected for from Secondary 1 to 4. If those who are unable to fulfil the DSA commitment without valid reasons, they may be required to transfer out to another school.

Students not studying in MOE mainstream primary schools and not taking the PSLE will need to sit for placement tests conducted by the school. International students not studying in MOE mainstream schools should register and take part in Admission Exercise for International Students (AEIS).

Students will be informed of the outcome of their DSA Application via email by Monday, 9 September 2024.
